Aujan Beverage Co – Engineering Services for NRB4 Plant expansion in Aujan factory, Dammam

Performed the role of technical consultant to provide engineering services for NRB4 plant expansion in AUJAN Factory Dammam. Verification of existing site utilities and identification of tie-in points. Performing conceptual schematic preparation and concept for phasing of work Utilities design including steam, cold & hot water and compressed air system HVAC system design for NRB4, pipe sizing calculations, Utilities distribution floor plans. Preparation of isometric drawing for equipment connections, drawings for new relocated equipments including connection details and tie-in points. Architectural/Structural Design including relocation and demolition of the existing structure for the equipment, preparation of Architectural plans, pipe structural supports and pipe bridge drawings for connecting new pipes connections and tie-in points to the new equipments. Commissioning support including site inspections, review of TAB and start-up procedures, providing inputs to all team members, review and approval of final sequence of operation for the HVAC system, review of shop drawings & material submittals submitted by contractor. Site supervision and construction support during the installation of the systems
