Saudi Aramco – Performance verification of 11 ETS Stations located across the Dhahran campus

Performed the role of client technical consultant to conduct performance testing and verification consultancy. Evaluation of the Chilled water network of the AC Plants – AC Plant 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, Tower AC plant, EXPEC AC Plant, AL Midra & North Park, ITC AC Plant. Study the compatibility issues on the hot side of the ETS Stations during the changeover to the District Cooling Chilled water network. Hydraulic Evaluation to verify the existing pump capacity & operation. General Observation Of The ETS. Verification of the Heat Exchanger Design Capacity based on NTU Method. Evaluation of the current operation & Control sequence. Report preparation for the validation of the existing system and recommendations to improve the performance.
